introduction

Why a Research Forum?

The Academic Branch of HRINZ is a 'virtual branch', designed to complement and contribute to the geographic branches. One of its key goals is to strengthen the engagement between HR academics and HR practitioners, in order to advance relevant HRM research, on the one hand, and evidence-based HRM practice and policy advice, on the other.

This Forum is the first step in furthering this objective. If you wish to engage with recent research that can improve HRM practice and help build a relevant HRM research agenda for the future, this Forum is for you.
